When will I get the bike?
We are currently starting our first production run. It will be complete and ready to deliver in September. If you want in on this first order, be sure to secure your Graffiti as soon as possible.
38 MPH? Is the Graffiti really that fast?
Truth is, it depends what you weigh. One of our test riders at 140lbs hit 41.5, one rider at 250lbs hit 38 MPH, and we have had a lot of different results in between on the same stretch of road. So it’s slightly weight dependent. So in choosing the “top speed”, we went with the minimum top-speed, so anyone who gets on the Graffiti can confirm that, yes indeed, it does go that fast…. Some of you might even go faster!
How far can I go?
eBikes are much more dependent on the conditions to produce a range estimate than cars are, so the answer depends on how you plan to ride, and the weight of the rider(s) and cargo. The Graffiti has 1820 watt hours of capacity with the dual battery option.
If you typically pedal your bike in assist level 1 or 2, the bike is going to have a really long range - 100-120 miles with the dual battery upgrade. If you put the bike up to full power and ride full throttle, then you work through the battery a lot faster and the range is reduced to about 30 miles with the dual batteries.
Our general estimate, considering a 175 pound rider, at an average speed of 15-20 mph with pedal assist, will get you about 80-100 miles.
What sizes does the bike come in? What’s the seat height?
Similar to a motorcycle, this eBike comes in just one size.
The height of the seat is at 31”, which is similar to the height of most motorcycles.
We have had riders on the Graffiti from 5’2 to 6”6, but the perfect height range is between 5’4 to 6’4.
How much does the Graffiti weigh?
Weight without the batteries installed is 28kg / 62lbs. Each battery weighs 4 kg / 8.8lbs.
What is the cost of shipping?
Shipping is free in the Canadian Provinces and the Lower 48 States.
How long does the battery take to charge?
With the supplied charger each battery takes 4-5 hours to charge from empty.
Is the battery removable?
Yes, both batteries on the Graffiti are easily removable and can be taken inside for safe keeping / storage. They come with a key to lock them to the bike while you ride and when unlocked, they simply slide forward off their baseplate so that they can be removed.
Where can I test ride / try the Graffiti?
We are a direct-to-consumer company. At this stage, we want to keep the price of the Graffiti as affordable as possible, which means we don’t yet have any display / demo centers. In the future, we will be partnering with a network of dealers, where you’ll be able to test ride the bikes.

Do I need a drivers license to ride?
No, the Lyric Graffiti can be operated as a Class 2 eBike with a 20mph / 32kmh top-speed. For these types of vehicles a license is not required in Canada and the United States. Please check your Federal, State, and Municipal eBike laws, as these can vary widely. Typically a top-speed will be prescribed for your area, and we recommend following your local laws.
The “off-road” settings on the Lyric Graffiti should be used on private land and for off-road use only.
Do you have payment plans?
We do, yes! We partner with Affirm, who provides no / low cost financing. Term-length and monthly payments vary based on your preference, along with your personal credit.
